  All staff working there try their best except for the "always fighting with customers" shop owner. (Saw her a couple of times eyeballing already about different customers). Oke she doesn't look like a professional with her prison tattoos all over her body chewing bubblegum.. but I never judge a book by its cover.. but she fits the profile sad enough. Because today I asked her if she could help me figuring out when I get my new mb's of the month.. (simple question you would think..) but she rudely answered that she cant help and I need to call customer service. I explained that my spanish is not sufficient and on top my phone experienced some waterdamage so I cant call. (Audio broken). Asked her if there was an alternative.. like an emailaddress of some sort.. but she was just like "Nahh, next please". So the service is not as I needed and I asked her if I can stop the plan.. (to go somewhere else). Yes! My dear reader you guessed it all right..! This also was only possible by phone.. so I really needed some more Internet for the christmas holidays to come. (Would be a bummer if i couldnt text my friends and family). I went to a shop across the street that sells phone plans and products (incl. Vodafone) and he was more then happy to help me and he did! They should make him shopleader. What a mess.

  If you want to buy something great personal attention! So I dont speak perfect spanish and that's why I took a plan at this shop. (So if theres a problem I can get some help).
